Yes. Your transfer is private and door-to-door, from your address, hotel, office, airport terminal, train station or bus station directly to your destination. You do not share the vehicle with other passengers and there are no scheduled detours.

Possible extra fees include night transfers between 22:00 and 07:00, selected holiday dates, additional stops, special requests or bookings made less than 12 hours before pickup. We accept online card payment when confirming the booking, cash payment to the driver in euros, and QR code payment in the vehicle where available. We arrange transfers for solo travellers, couples, families and groups. Standard online vehicle categories cover up to 7 passengers in one vehicle, and larger group transport can be arranged on request with multiple vehicles or partner capacity, depending on availability.

Yes, child seats are available on request and are provided without a charge. Please add the child's age during booking so we can prepare a suitable seat. Availability depends on the booking details, so request child seats in advance whenever possible.

Your driver will meet you at the pickup point confirmed with your booking. For airport arrivals, the confirmation will include practical meeting details for the terminal. If the airport or pickup point changes, contact us as soon as possible so we can update the driver.

Please enter your flight number when booking. We use it to monitor the arrival time and adjust the pickup where possible. Up to 3 hours of flight delay are included without extra charge; for longer disruptions, contact us as soon as you can so we can agree the best solution.

Yes. For airport arrivals, up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing is included to allow for baggage claim, passport control and walking to the meeting point. For other pickups, the included waiting time may be shorter. If you are delayed, contact us quickly so the driver can be informed.
